Microdosing shifts are subtle by nature. Without trained interoceptive awareness, they often slip past both you and your client. Discover how to sense the body from the inside out to ensure your protocols move insights from fleeting states into lasting traits.

Turning Somatic Signals Into Embodied Shifts

Microdosing can be one of the most accessible, effective ways to work with psychedelics.

Or it can be the most disappointing.

By nature, its shifts are subtle. Without trained interoceptive awareness, those shifts slip past both you and your client, leaving everyone wondering whether anything is really happening.

Interoception is the body’s capacity to sense itself from the inside out. It’s the foundation that separates world-class microdosing practitioners from everyone else, and it’s exactly what Fleet Maull, Ph.D. has spent decades building into a trainable framework: the Neuro-Somatic Mindfulness model.

On April 23rd, Fleet and Paul F. Austin will show you how to start developing it from wherever you’re starting, no decades of meditation experience required.

For practitioners working with clients or anyone exploring this work, this training is a prerequisite for satisfied clients, measurable results, and embodied confidence.

What You'll Learn:

What interoception actually is, and why it matters more in microdosing than in any other psychedelic modality
How microdosing works at the nervous system level, and why somatic awareness is necessary, not optional, for an effective protocol
The threads that connect microdosing, mindfulness, and integration
An introduction to Fleet’s Neuro-Somatic Mindfulness model and how it builds interoceptive capacity
What refined practitioner presence looks and feels like, and how to start developing it

ABOUT US

Why Learn From the Psychedelic Coaching Institute?

Now the gold standard in professional psychedelic training, we have taught hundreds of practitioners to master the skill of psychedelics since 2021.

Founder Paul F. Austin recognized a critical gap: more and more well-meaning people were interested in becoming practitioners, but few had the education, hands-on training, ethical clarity, and marketability to become credible and make a positive impact.

The Psychedelic Coaching Institute came into existence to close this gap by training the next generation of psychedelic leaders. We grew from our sister company, Third Wave, which has been a trusted resource for psychedelic education for 10+ years.

Today, we blend science, spirit, and skill to give our certified practitioners a comprehensive toolkit for preparation, facilitation, and integration. Paul’s expertise in intentional microdosing, in particular, guides many of our core methodologies.

We offer two flagship programs:

Rooted in a nervous system-first approach and equipped with entrepreneurial gusto, Psychedelic Coaching Institute practitioners are defining the future of this third wave of psychedelics.
