During this call, Joseph will discuss your background, aspirations in psychedelic coaching, and answer any questions you have about the program. No. There are no licensing or certification requirements to participate in the program.
You will need 4-6 hours per week between classes, workshops, and assignments.
The Practicum part of the course consists of Practice Sessions and a Final Assessment,
a requirement for graduation. This phase lasts for six months and begins after the theoretical portion of the curriculum is complete. The point of the Practicum is to ensure that you understand and can skillfully apply the proprietary PCI coaching methodology.
Participants will be expected to demonstrate consistent ethical and professional integrity. Only graduates who fully understand all course materials, receive high marks from their coach mentor on assignments, and demonstrate ongoing support for their fellow course participants will be invited to be listed on the Third Wave Directory.
While our primary focus is on developing your skills as a psychedelic practitioner, we understand the importance of building a successful practice. Although we don’t provide extensive business or marketing training, we offer valuable resources to support your professional growth:

  1. Listing in our Practitioner Directory upon graduation, providing exposure to potential clients
  2. Access to our exclusive alumni network, where you can connect with fellow practitioners, share insights, and potentially find collaboration opportunities
  3. Ongoing support through our community forums, where you can discuss business challenges and strategies with peers
  4. Occasional workshops and webinars on relevant business topics within the psychedelic coaching field

Additionally, our training equips you with a unique skill set that sets you apart in the coaching market. While you may need to seek additional resources for specific business skills, the foundation we provide gives you a strong starting point for building a successful psychedelic coaching practice.
The total tuition for the program is $12,500, which includes the all-expenses-paid intensive in Costa Rica (excluding flights). During your consultation call with Joseph, he’ll discuss pricing details and answer any questions about the investment. Our goal is to make this transformative training accessible to committed practitioners who are ready to make an impact in this field.
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. After your consultation and acceptance into the program, you’ll have options for financing your tuition. We offer payment plans through Affirm and Klarna with interest rates starting at 0% depending on your approval. If you’re not approved for Affirm or Klarna, we’ll work with you to create a custom payment plan that fits your needs. Please note that if we handle the payment plan internally, an additional fee will apply.
Yes, we offer the Psychedelic Coaching Institute Scholarship Fund to make our Practitioner Certification Program more accessible to passionate individuals facing financial challenges.

The intensive is a key element of the overall experience and is required for certification.

If you cannot attend, please contact us to see if other arrangements can be made.
In addition to meeting our attendance and homework requirements, you will be required to conduct and submit for review a practice coaching session with a client (to be recorded anonymously and deleted after review), and given a final assessment after completing the training. Upon passing this assessment, you will be awarded your Psychedelic Coaching Institute Coaching Certification certificate and all the perks that go with it.
